Hi Jessie.
You asked if there is another French television station available on Long Island besides TV5. There's France24. You can check them out at www.france24.com. It's available through Dish TV. I don't know what other TV providers carry it. France 24 is all news all the time.
There's the Euro Channel which has programming in several languages which include French. No news. It has programs and movies.
