In step with their goals of promoting French culture, Coucou Brooklyn is proud to announce its exhibition of a selection of works by Parisian artist, ElloLino. The works will be on view beginning on Thursday, August 22nd, and Coucou Brooklyn will kick off the exhibition with an opening party.

ElloLino operates under the credo that "Art is for Sharing," and has created public sculptures and works of art all over France. We will be showing a series of linocuts by her, entitled "A Sharp Diamond" and "Les Bonnes Résolutions.”

Working with linocuts and large sculptures alike, ElloLino says that her art is made “for sharing.” In Paris, she creates large, public works that can be touched, climbed, and with which the public can interact.  Her work appears all over France, and Coucou Brooklyn is honored be the first space to show her work in the States.

The event is free, and drinks are available with small donation. The works will be up for the next couple of weeks, and Coucou Brooklyn encourages the public to stop by to view them.
