We hope to encourage and support their creative explorations and in the process teach effective coping strategies, foster supportive relationships, and connect children with their culture and heritage.Our goal is to offer arts activities that will help them cope with the feelings brought about by the earthquake, as well as activities that simply offer a respite and an opportunity to enjoy themselves, all the while giving them a chance to document their exper

  • Description: Lebanese-American artist Nabil Nahas, whose work has been exhibited all over the world, brings his striking, large-scale works—including a few new pieces—to FIAF’s Gallery.Nahas’s pieces reflect both western modernism and classic Islamic art, and explore the concept of order emerging from disorder through vibrant color, texture, patterns, and abstract images.
