My name is John McFaul, and my wife Céline and I are raising our son Loïc bilingually. We live on 92nd Street between 1st and 2nd, and Loïc would be starting Kindergarten in the fall of 2016. This past spring he went part-time to a bilingual private pre-k school, Arc en Ciel, and this fall he will be attending a school participating in the universal pre-k program, The Gramercy School (all English) because we can't afford to send him to Arc en Ciel full time.
