We are renting our house in Hampton Bays for the month of August (2 weeks minimum, $10 000/month ).
We are located on a quiet street, 5 minutes walking distance from the Peconic Bay beach, on an acre in the woods.
The house has 3 bedrooms and an apartment in the basement, 3 bathrooms, Washer/dryer, heated pool, 2 decks, a treehouse and a playground in the garden.
It sleeps 8-10 people. We have a cleaning lady once a week and a pool service.
It is the perfect get away for a family.
