L’appartement est spacieux, calme, lumineux, tout équipé et comprend ungrand salon/sallle à manger, une cuisine et une salle de bain(équivalent 4 pièces dans le modèle français). L’immeuble est situé aucoin de river side et de 158th street. C’est à 1 minute de la station157th street (ligne 1) et à 10 minutes de l’express train à la station145th street ou 168th street (ligne A). L’immeuble a un ascenseur etmet à disposition des machines à laver le linge.
