(New York, NY) -- Detroit native Vendetta Mathea makes a rare return to the U.S. with her spectacular Homme/Animal, a highly charged, visceral one-hour work for four dancers to be presented at Dance New Amsterdam (DNA), 280 Broadway, NY, NY, May 14 – 17 at 7:30 pm.

Briefly presented last year at the Baryshnikov Arts Center (BAC), Vendetta Mathea

& Co has worked for 30 years in France creating and touring internationally her contemporary dance works and will once again appear in this year’s Avignon Festival.
