Afternoon of a Foehn
Presented as part of Ricochet, Arts for All Ages!
It isn’t often that one thinks of the life of a plastic bag. But in this mesmerizing performance, coming to New York directly from France, you are invited to do just that.
Brought to life by a “foehn,” or dry wind, plastic bag “characters” dance to the lyrical music of Claude Debussy, transporting viewers sitting on the stage to a world where the laws of gravity no longer exist and boundless adventures await. A beautiful journey that ignites the imagination!
