What makes French champagne different from other sparkling wines and how do you know a good champagne when you taste one? These questions and more will be answered during this popular "intro" class. This is a great way to start the year and a great way to start your champagne education! We will taste three French champagnes, representing three different wine styles, and touch on the history of the wine and the region as well as the wine making process. Each wine will be paired with a French cheese to extend the sensory exploration.
