Jerry Reveron, executive chef at The Taft School in Watertown, will present a talk, in English, about “French, Culture, and Cuisine in the Making of a Chef,” Saturday, May 7, at the Woodbury Senior/Community Center, 265 Main Street, Woodbury. Breakfast, prepared by Reveron and his staff, will be served at 10 a.m., followed by a short meeting of the Alliance Française and the presentation of prizes to middle school and high school students who participated in the organization’s annual writing contest. Reveron’s lecture begins at 11 a.m.

Admission is $5 for members and $10 for non-members and is open to the public.
