Hi,
My name is Sean Christensen. I am looking to tutor children in French and Math (5th to 8th grade). If your child needs help with their homework or would like to practice their French, I’d be happy to help out!
I love working with children, and I’ve found tutoring to be one of my favorite ways of teaching them. For the past year I have taught at EFNY as a TA. The classes there were small and interactive, with children from ages 5 to 9. I have also been tutoring students in French and Math in 7th grade (the students were fluent in French and attended the LFNY).
I’ve been living in New York City since I was 7 years old (I am now 23), went to high school at the Lycée Français de New York and recently graduated from Bard College with a double major in French and Music. I was born in Switzerland to French and Danish parents, and I have been speaking both French and English fluently since I was very young. I’m currently enrolled at Mannes College for Voice studies.
