I am currently looking for a French Canadian linguist for an upcoming project next week (week of 5/6/13).
The assignment will be on site at the district attorney’s office in Brooklyn. The linguist will be asked to review some materials (documents and audio files) in French Canadian and make recommendations to the attorney as to which files are relevant (attorney will provide full directions). Transcription experience is a plus but NOT necessary (that's for phase 2, for which I can find someone else).
If you’re interested, please send your most recent resume and your rate per hour for on-site work to: jacqlenes@alanguagebank.com
Candidates should have clear French Canadian language experience – either through living, studying, and/or working there.
Thanks!
