If you are looking to learn a bit more about the French community and culture that we have here in New York, allow me to present a great new opportunity for you! I am Emmanuelle Bonin, a French Teacher at the French Institute Alliance Française of New York. The idea came to me to create a space for mothers-to-be ... to offer a chance to share traditional French ideas, methods and traditions of parenting with new mothers. And now, through the great support of the Alliance Française, we have brought this idea into reality!
Our program, French For Mothers-To-Be, is a forum and a workshop, a place where you can meet and share ideas, get information and advice, and generally just a great environment to network socially with other moms-to-be. This is a five-week program, the first of which begins this Wednesday, September 29th.
