Summer is the perfect time to imagine yourself looking over a fragrant field of Provençal lavender, enjoying a picnic with the best of friends. In this hands-on cooking workshop, we’ll attempt to create that experience with a selection of authentic French countryside classics that reflect the true flavors of a laid-back Provençal summer.
On the Menu: Classic Pan Bagnat with Olives, Tomatoes, and Cheese; Salade Niçoise with Tuna, Eggs, Green Beans, and Handmade Garlic-Herb Vinaigrette; Southern French Ratatouille with Local and Seasonal Vegetables; Cherry Custard Tart.
