Dear Performers and Fans
We are a group of artists focused on French culture and theatre. With our 2013 to 2014 season, we are excited to offer a wide variety of artistic opportunities and fulfill our commitment to our culturally diverse audience. Your contribution will enable you to practice your French speaking skills and engage in a community of artists who strive for professional excellence. Participation does include an intermediate to advanced knowledge of the French language.
Our next performance, “Love of romance by Moliere and others” will be presented over Valentines Weekend, specifically Friday 14th, Saturday 15th February at 8:00 pm and Sunday 16th at 3:00 pm.
For our audience members with some need of language assistance, an English translation will be projected for most scenes.
If you want to participate as performer or technical supporter, the preparatory meetings are Thursdays, January 30th, February 6th and 13th at 6:30 PM. Other rehearsal meetings will be needed during that fortnight before the show, probably 3 per scene.
The meetings are at 6:30 at 111 East 60th Street - buzz 3F.
Note** Currently, we are supported by the French church on the UES, so while not all rehearsals or performances happen there; when they do, we are respectful of their generosity of space and patronage.
