Rosa has been my daughter, Lucia's nanny for 3 years. We have been blessed by herexperience, enthusiasm and love for our daughter.yes""> People have come up to me on the street to tell me that theysee our daughter with Rosa on the playground, in the library, in her manyclasses and how great she is with her. And even though it is nice to bereassured by others, we truly know how amazing and important Rosa and Lucia'srelationship is. With Lucia, myfirst child I was learning how to be a mom, and with the experience andkindness of Rosa, I learned everything quicker and more easily. She has always allowed me to find myway and has never tried to dominate the situation because I was a new mom. I feelshe adapted perfectly to our family's needs, and this is a special quality, asall of our backgrounds and personalities are so different. Yet we all had acommon goal : our child’s happiness.

In three years, she was late only ONCE and by seven minutes because she had decided at the last minute to by Lucia a Valentine's daypresent – a talking Elmo. Shecalled in sick once, and still came into work because Lucia had dance class andshe wanted to make sure Lucia did not miss her favorite activity.

She is proactive in making play dates and finding classes in the neighborhood and connecting all of Lucia's friends. She organizes play dates at our housewith art projects. She has taught my daughter Spanish while also helping herstudy French at Alliance Francaise and improving her overall communicationskills. She speaks some French and is open to learning.

I trust Rosa completely with the most important thing in our life and I witness everyday her love and encouragement for her. As we are moving to LA, we have askedher to come with us, but her home and family are here in New York.

We can honestly say that with the kindness and gentleness of Rosa's personality, any family would feel loved and blessed to have her intheir child's life.
