    Thank you! I am so proud of Jackson on so many levels. He is a hero in so many ways. As a Type 1 Diabetic since he was 3 years old he has had too many shots to count - up to four a day - before using an insulin pump attached via a catheter in his leg. He does not complain about this and keeps moving forward. He is in a PSA on TV with Mary Tyler Moore for JDRF and his light shines through for all to see. He is a treasure! He would LOVE to sing his song in France - let's see if that dream will come true too! Being diagnosed with a chronic disease out of the blue has taught us that anything is possible and this wonderful award was a positive example of that!
