For the third year, the playful and seductive Floanne is presenting her solo concert at Joe’s Pub to ravish the ear of the francophile and culturally curious New Yorker. Her new program “Love Is French” weaves vintage songs into a didactic presentation, dissecting with humor and wisdom the cliché that romances can be. “The last time I felt shivers down my spine was at Floanne’s concert. Her voice is very unique with a ‘je ne sais quoi’ hypnotizing effect.” -Agathe Lerolle, She is French
