The Paris Saint-Germain Supporters Club of New York is proud to announce that the Paris Saint-Germain Football Club will be touring the United States from May 16th to May 23rd. As this marks the first trip by a French club team on American soil, we hope to make this a memorable week for both PSG and soccer fans in general.

The trip will begin with a two day layover in New York which will include a free practice open to the public on Monday May 17th from 5:00pm to 6:30pm at Randall’s Island. Please see below for directions. This is a great opportunity for fans, both young and old, living in and around the tri-state area to watch and interact with star French internationals such as Claude Makelele, Ludovic Giuly, Grégory Coupet, Guillaume Hoarau as well as other internationally recognized players. It will also give fans the opportunity to congratulate the team on its recent win in the Coupe de France final against Monaco, the club’s 8th French Cup victory since 1970.

The team will continue its American journey by flying out to the Windy City where it will take part in the first-ever Chicago Sister Cities International Cup between May 19th and May 22nd. In addition to PSG, the Chicago Fire will be hosting Red Star Belgrade and Legia Warsaw. Fellow PSG fans from Montreal, Los Angeles, Detroit and other cities will be joining us for what is expected to be an exciting weekend.

Directions to Randall’s Island by public transportation:
Take the 4,5,6 trains uptown to 125th St. Exit to 125th Street and Lexington Ave. Take the M35 bus to Randall’s Island, exit at the third stop – Center Fields – and field #50 will be right there. Please see the following diagram as a reference.
