Two windows overlooking 116th Street provide plenty of sunlight. There's a cool little nook near one window with a comfy leather recliner. Guests are ok on occasion as long as everyone agrees on visitors. We do not want TWO new roommates, please.2nd floor apt is one block from the 6 Train. You can get anywhere in Manhattan in no time. Neighborhood is safe and has lots of inexpensive restaurants (mostly Mexican). Apt is within 6 blocks of post office, library, & NY's best pizza.
