A big Thanks to Eric Cesaire from the FADA Restaurant

According to the owners, the name means “crazy” in Provençal dialect. More specifically, “someone who has a fairy in his head.” That might explain how they ended up in the never-never land of Williamsburg, but well done dishes like coq au vin, cassoulet, and tender sautéed calamari, not to mention the gentle prices, seem sane enough. — Rob Patronite and Robin RaisfeldBrunchFri., 10 a.m.—4 p.m.; Sat.—Sun., 10 a.m.—5 p.m.Recommended DishesLamb steak, $19; tuna and vegetables, $19
