I am looking for someone in NYC who can teach French actors to say their lines in Québécois. Amy Stoller thought there is a chance you might know someone. A commercial casting director contacted me and asked me to do it, but I am not available. I said I'd look around. The casting director expressed a preference for a male French Canadian to model the speech for male actors who are, I guess, from France (?). At this stage, they just want someone to tell them who can pick up the accent. In a pinch, I am guessing they would settle for a female language teacher who is extremely good at French Canadian accents, but not necessarily an actor or dialect coach. This being said, I cannot send someone in who is not noticeably better than the actors. The coach can name his/her own price within reason, I would imagine.
