As far as the Appeal why isn't it possible to assure seats to children of siblings who are at BHS and the siblings who have been at BHS for the past 4 years and have helped promote, enrich the school and pave the way for all incoming students ? Why can't this be part of a solution ?

I completely agree with this question and this point is related to a larger question as to why there is no sibling preference for middle school. If the DOE wants family involvement in schools they shouldn't force families to divide their time and resources between two schools.
