On Tuesday evening April 23, Cultural Counselor Antonin Baudry bestowed the insignia of the Palmes Académiques on Fabrice Jaumont, who, as Education Attaché of the Cultural Services of the French Embassy, has helped lead the vanguard of the bilingual revolution in American classrooms. Félicitations Fabrice! (Dommage que mes enfants n'ont pas profité du programme bilingue-(mes fils ont a présent 16 et 20 ans). Il y a quelques années, les programmes bilingues n'existaient toujours pas. J'habitais dans le West side et ils sont allés a Manhattan school for children sur la 90 et Amsterdam.
C'est une tres bonne initiative.
