Chef Cyril Renaud renew with haute-cuisine after a short interlude with Bar Breton at the exact same location. Casual fare and Crepes are making room for an amazing crafted menu, reminiscent of the one you used to love at fleur de Sel, the venture that brought the spotlight on chef Cyril. I had the privilege to enjoy a 12-course tasting menu there and it was out of this world. make a reservation before it become too late, since it is already getting a lot of buzz on food blogs right now, in this tiny spot. Perfect for business lunches or for a romantic date a night. A savourez sans revenue.
