My name is Marie. I am a 26 year-old french photographer and video editor. I would like to stay in New York from mid-June to the end of August 2011, but my place can be yours until the end of September if it suits you.

I have been living on my own for 8 years and am a neat, conscientious and respectful person. I don't have any pets but I can take care of yours if you need me to. I do not smoke. I love traveling, especially in NYC where I have already been 3 times but for shorter stays. I am single and would be travelling alone or with a friend.
I have never exchanged my home but I look forward to it.

I own a 1-bedroom apartment in Antibes (40m²/430sq ft), on the French Riviera. It can host up to 4 people with 2 twin beds and a very comfy sofa bed in the living room.
It is located in a lovely, quiet and secure residence with a swimming pool, on the 3rd floor of a 5-storey building (with elevator). It is surrounded by nature and the neighboors are charming.
The apartment is fully furnished. It has a small bedroom space, a main room with a kitchen-bar, a bathroom with bathtub and a big terrace overlooking the pool. Wifi access, television, Nintendo Wii, big fridge, dish washer, washing machine, stationary bike are available.
I have a parking spot inside the residence that you can use if you rent a car.

Beaches and old town of Antibes are just 10 minutes away by car or bus (there's a bus stop nearby). Antibes' train station is also 10 minutes away so you can easily get to Cannes: 10 minutes, Nice: 15 minutes, Monaco: 50 minutes and even Italy or St Tropez. Mountains are not far either if you want to visit the Alps. You can also get to Corsica via ferries.
There's a mall nearby, it's about 2 minutes by car, 10 by foot. You can find anything there.
Antibes is well known for it's sea park featuring dolphins, orcas, seals, sharks... There is also an amusement park with all sorts of rides, a mini-golf, a farm and an aqua rides park right next to it. From the apartment you get there in just 10 minutes.

Let me know if you are interested and would like to talk more about a potential exchange!

Best,

Marie
