Melding deep-heated flamenco, rumba, salsa and pop to the tune of 20 million albums sold, the Grammy Award-winning hit-makers behind ‘Bamboléo’ celebrate over 25 years of taking audiences back to the south of France with their irresistible blend of flamenco guitars, Latin rhythms and booming Spanish vocals. Uniting the family Reyes and the family Baliardo, the band continues a tradition that has broken world music barriers as one of the rare groups to climb the US and World music charts. Their most recent album, Savor Flamenco, was awarded a Grammy for Best World Music Album in 2014. Now bringing the party back to the Beacon Theatre, The Gipsy Kings will raise the roof again with dance-ready furore, returning to their groundbreaking eponymous album and the nomadic spirit that has captured the world’s imagination.
On September 10th the Gipsy Kings return to New York during their tour to play the historic Beacon Theatre.
