WHERE? Room 5414, CUNY Graduate Center, 365 5th Ave., NYC This event is scheduled to coincide with similar events going on throughout France the same day in support of regional and minority languages. French is the only official language of France, though dozens would qualify under the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages. France is one of the only major Western European countries that has not ratified this Charter. Please join us to discuss issues related to minority languages of France and surrounding countries.
