Patrick Duler is the brilliant cuisinier-paysan behind Domaine de Saint-Géry in southwestern France. There, he produces world-class foie gras and award-winning ham, and harvests truffles on his land using all-natural methods. He joins his longtime friend and Chefs Club’s very own Culinary Director Didier Elena for two special dinners in the Chefs Club Studio.
