Conceived and produced by Floanne Written by Floanne in collaboration with director Lina Koutrakos Musical Direction by Dan Furman

Trip to France: $2,000. Hotel with a view of the Eiffel tower: $600 a night. Bottle of champagne: $100. Night in Paris in the city of New York being mesmerized and serenaded by none other than Floanne, Timeout NY’s «French Madonna»: priceless. Treat yourself to a night in Paris without even leaving home. Floanne envelopes you with style and originality that eases you into a relaxed mood and leaves at the end of the night full of romance and forgetting where you are and where you came from… like in a Woody Allen movie.

In her new show «Love is French», Floanne explores, rather academically… love. Come together and smile, blush, enjoy the most romantic love songs… alone, in couple, or on a blind date. This jazz cabaret concert with a comedic flavor, a lot of personality and romantic overtones will leave you with much to explore and talk about, even if you disagree.

In a jazz cabaret show of French chanson with a modern twist, Floanne takes you on a journey of love through time in the French culture, with songs originally performed by Edith Piaf, Juliette Greco, Charles Trenet and so many more great writers. So whether you are treating yourself or another, come and revisit love from where it first originated–France–because after all, French is the language of love, and Love is French.

Running Time: 1 hour
