  • Description: Lebanese-American artist Nabil Nahas, whose work has been exhibited all over the world, brings his striking, large-scale works—including a few new pieces—to FIAF’s Gallery.Nahas’s pieces reflect both western modernism and classic Islamic art, and explore the concept of order emerging from disorder through vibrant color, texture, patterns, and abstract images.   • Description: Presenters: Anne Jacob and Sylvie Lucile, FIAF teachersDepuis l’installation de 21 tableaux blancs interactifs dans ses classes, les enseignants du Centre de langue du FIAF ont pu développer de réelles compétences d’utilisation mais aussi de production de parcours pédagogiques pour tous les niveaux d’apprentissage. Au sein du réseau des Alliances Françaises, le FIAF est devenu un exemple suivi par de nombreuses autres, en Amérique du sud notamment. Durant cet atelier, Les avantages et les changements entraînés par l’utilisation de cet outil au niveau de l’enseignement-apprentissage des langues (nouvelle dynamique de groupe, simultanéité des médias, interactivité, etc.) seront abordés, suivis par la démonstration des diverses possibilités offertes par la TBI (à partir d’activités développées au FIAF) et se terminera par une mise en pratique par chacun des participant (création de matériel et manipulation).$20 / atelier; $15 pour les membres de FIAF.
