When her textile factory closes, Edith, a seamstress, astonishes everyone when she decides to forgo her severance package to follow her job to Morocco, where the factory has been relocated. What unfolds is more than a fish out of water story, as Edith must contend not only with new surroundings, but challenging workplace conditions and customs.

Catch the Wind is beautifully shot and elegantly composed and Sandrine Bonnaire’s performance as Edith proves that she is one the finest actresses working today.

"This is Gaël Morel’s best film, as convincing in the delicacy of his psychological approach as in his analysis of a decaying social environment."— Positif
