The Fabulist is a mesmerizing and whimsical solo performance by Colin Gee, formerly of Cirque du Soleil, in which a magician becomes the very animals he is attempting to conjure. In this specially commissioned project, Gee brings to life eighteen of La Fontaine's fables—playing all of the parts himself! La Fontaine's playful communication, as well as his technique of connecting classical and contemporary thought through fantastical means are on full display in Gee's nuanced performance. In English.
