1 room with 2 beds (for a total of 2 people) is occasionally available in our 3 room appartment in NORTH BROOKLYN. We rent this affordable, clean and equipped private room to you, respectful and responsible NEW YORK VISITOR, located at 2min. walking distance from the J-train stop GATES AVE (at 15min. by subway from Canal St., Downtown Manhattan, and 40min. from Grand Central).
The big open kitchen, the Ikea furnished living room and the bathroom are shared with the guests and 2 permanent roommates. We can accomodate international students, travellers and business visitors and speak English, Spanish, French and German.
RATES: $44 per day, $250 per week, $750 per month (occasionally June, July, August, December or January are available).
